Hello everyone,
A really quick question for any of you. Regular ice cream is counted as a starch and soy milk is counted as a dairy, what would you count soy ice cream as? A starch or dairy?

I'd think it was still a starch - only because I'm sure the calories are higher than just a dairy serving.

Thanks for all of your input, I was just asking for my ice cream fiend husband of mine. He was counting it as a starch, but wanted to know what all of you on the forum thought. Thanks again and good to see you too, Kim and all the newbies!
