On The Road Again

Hi Everyone! I had to take care of my mother for about a year and gained back what I had lost. My clothes are tight and I just let myself go. I'm here looking for some help with getting some motivation. I broke my foot in march and I am still looking at possible surgery. Any help with motivation is greatly appreciated.

even though I'm brand new here, I wanted to say "welcome back" to both of you. Speaking from personal experience, gaining back what we work so hard to take off in the first place is very hard and a lot of people might just give up. Congratulations to you both for "getting back on the horse" ;)

It's rough getting back on track.. I've gained some back, but am working toward staying on even keel... Take the small victories when you can, and capitalize on them for the future...

Today I had a spicy chicken bowl, but I asked them for extra veggies instead of rice and drank lots of water with it to balance out some of the salt intake...
