and I know things won't be diet friendly and I'll be hungover most likely. So, I'm thinking about doing a 3-day Detox over the weekend. I heard good feedback about just consuming water, fruits, and veggies to clear out your system and I want to give it a try. I take a multi-vitamin everyday already, so I shouldn't be short nutrients and I'll probably incorporate a shake of whey protein powder & water since I'll still be working out.Have any of you ever done something like this before? I really want a Detox and if anyone has any suggestions for other ways to do it please let me know! I want it to last between 2-3 days, I'll probably get sick if I tried to go any longer.
