Food conversions

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out the food values for the following:

Package of instant oatmeal (just 1 starch?)
Regular bakery raisin bread (1 starch per slice?)

I'm not much of a starch eater, and am struggling to find ways to get them all in. Can anyone suggest items?

Thx:?:

I count one oatmeal as one starch, the bread I count as 2 unless it is a lite bread, then I count it as one... hope that helps...

according to my COD regular bread=1 starch per slice. Lite bread= 1 starch per 2 slices.
Raisin bread I am not sure however, raisins are quite sweet?

For instant oatmeal, I just open all those packets, put them in one large container and then put 1/3 cup uncooked (which comes to 1/2 cup cooked w/ water) into little ziplock bags.

Graham Crackers and Triscuits are easy - 4 Graham Crackers (means 2 sheets) make one starch and 5 triscuits. This is what I know from my plan, I am not sure if these are same across plans.

I was told by my COD that 1 serving of starch is 110 cal or less.
