Hi Everybody,

My name is Carol from Surrey, BC and I am glad to found you. I have been reading all the success of many of you and are truly an inspiration.

Thanks for all the advise, support and struggles that you have been posted as I can relate to some of them.

My first language is spanish so excuse my spanglish but I just hope to find a support and encouragement in your group and be part of the success group as you all are.

Presently on LAWL since July 24/08 with starting weight of 177 and so far I have lost 6.

Welcome Carol, Your spanglish can't be much worse than my typos and misspellings... So chime in often. Always good to hear from others, whether you are struggling or having victories, as we all do. I think it is a great plan, and a way you can really improve your health and stick with for the rest of your life.

I have drop another pound so I have 7 loss in total. Hurray!!!! The first 5 was easy, now 6 & 7 are coming pretty slow. I hope the rest will not be that difficult.
