Hey all

I have been reading this site for a long time, and love it.:)

I just started the "Flat Belly Diet" and I really like it. This is just my 2nd day, and I have done every diet in the book. I did not order the book, but am getting plenty of info from the online website.

I plan to lose 50lbs so hopefully it will work for me.

It is nice to see everyone, and hope to talk with you soon.

Welcome to the forum, and good luck to you! The only advice that I can offer, is that no matter what plan you choose to follow-the best thing to do is to read the book! ;)
