hi everyone,

i am duplicating a whey experiment that was recently featured in womans world&thought id keep yall up to date. i am following ww core&plus 40g whey a day. i am trying to build up to the forty&am currently@9g. i gotta say its only a few days but i think its working!

anyone else doing this?
