Hi Everyone,

My name is Lynn, and because my computer is down my friend is letting me use hers.

I am thinking of joining the new LAWL, I was going to the old LAWL which changed to Pure weight loss and then went out of business as you know.

Here is my question, I keep reading that the new program must be stuck to by the letter with no deviations, does this mean that if you eat one slice more or one slice less of bread you won't lose weight that week? or if you eat regular pasta instead of whole wheat pasta you won't lose?

I have never been on a weight loss program that has no room for mistakes, and since we are taking about a lot of money I want to make the right decision.

I was on the gold plan before and I think I would be on plan 2 on the new program, Can you go from one plan to the other and have weight loss right away or does your body have to adjust to the change?

Also are the LAWL centers still closing?

Thank you I welcome any and all replies

Lynn

Hi Lynn!

I am relatively new to LAWL too- I have been on board for 3 weeks and have lost 13lbs.

We have had success with the plan ( the numbered ones) We only eat what we are allowed- because honestly thats the plan they gave us and we want it to succeed.

IMO if you go into a plan wanting to "cheat" by having more bread or planning on having mistakes then maybe you aren't fully ready for a new life change.

I am in Canada- and no centres are closing here, from what I have heard in the US they are still closing centres regularly.

Good luck with your search, make sure you make a decision thats right for you

Hi Lynn,

Jess is right you have to go into the plan only doing and eating what they say you can. It's going to be hard at first but once you get used to it, it's easy. You just have to plan. Of course there are going to be times when you have different circumstances as long as when you are having a regular week you always stay on plan you will do fine. It's hard to explain buyt you have to be strict when you start. It will help you in the long run.

Good luck in your search!
