I just thought I would make another WI in thread it helps me be accountable to put it down somewhere for others to see. So anyone else who wants to join in is welcome! : )

Starting weight: 165 TOM also lol.

August 1/08 ~ 155lbs Down 33 so far, 15-20 more to go until all my clothes fit again!
August 3/08 ~ 154lbs

Starting weight: 198.8 (30 July 2008 - Wed WI)

I am going to be in NY for 1 wk. I want to be down to 192 by last WI, so 6.8 lbs.

I haven't checked in in so long, so I won't know any of the newbies, but to all the old members that remember me, I'm still hanging in there with maintainance. Still at at 123lbs.

August 1, 2008--213.8
August 8, 2008--213.8 (BORING)
August 11, 2008-214.2 (oopsie)
August 13, 2008-213.0 (now that's more like it :))

I'll join this thread and maybe it will help me to stay focused. I normally WI on Mondays so I'll post my weight for today and update every Monday. The only goal I have is to get into the 170's again.

Thanks guys. I still come her for inspiration though. I think that maintainance is much harder than weight loss, so all of you inspire me to just stick to the plan!!!

I updated mine but it is not good. I went up .2

I updated mine as well. So far so good for this month. Down 1.5 since the first of the month. I'm liking this!!!

Yeay for Laurie!!! I gained 0.4 lbs. I should have......I was kind of naughty.
