Default Take off this weekend !

Good Morning everyone

I am doing the Take Off this weekend. My third week started on last Tuesday, so this if my second time on Take Off. It didnt help me loose much last time, hopefully this time it will !

I bought the take off juice paid $27.00, thats too much for a bottle of juice!! Lets see if it works this time, and by works I mean if it can get my body into the 2lbs/week loss mode, then I will be very happy. Because, so far I haven't lost 2lbs/week. It it works I might try again but otherwise I am not spending another $27.00 for nothing. Any thoughts on the Take Off Juice?

Anyone else doing take off?

This time they gave me a menu for 5 days following the Take Off, it has one citrus fruit a day requirement and restrictions on types of starch,etc. Has anyone else done that plan?

I am so waiting for them to let me add my ticker,,,hopefully soon

So, off to Take-Off !! No carrots for two days

I do believe that you can replace a certain amount of cantaloupe for the juice. I'm not exactly sure how much, but I hear that works just the same.

Thanks for the tip, hopefully someone will know the exact replacement and we can try it next time !

For, right now, I am just having my grilled with chicken with lots of salad greens.

This is what my menu for Take Off looks like:

Breakfast : Take Off Juice
Mid A.M. : Take Off Juice
Lunch : 3 oz cooked protein + unlimited green vegetables
Mid P.M. : Take Off Juice
Dinner : 3 oz cooked protein + unlimited green vegetables
Evening : Take Off Juice
use same protein both days

I just did a take off and lost 6lbs. My menu looked like this:
Breakfast: broccoli and chicken(2oz)
Snack: cucumbers and celery+LA lite
Lunch: Lettuce, cucumbers, chicken, broccoli, peppers(salad)(2oz of chicken)
Snack: celery and cucumbers +LA lite
Dinner: Beans, broccoli, celery "fried" (pan with water) and chicken to make a"stirfry"

Drink the juice +water throughout the day.

I believe its important to eat throughout the day to keep your metabolism up.
