Lites or No Lites?
 

Hi there. I am coming back to LAW after a while off. I am trying to decide if I think I will do better with or without lites. I am thinking about either doing the gold (with lites) or blue plan (without lites) without a center. Do you think that the lites are beneficial or do you think that people do better without them? I am really interested in what other people think who have experienced with the lites!
