Not a lite bar but.....
 

im on a similar program to la weightloss where you also use bars a supplement and my nutrional info looks like this

cal 150
fat 4.5
sodium 120mg
fiber 2
protein 10

what kind of bar would be close to this? i appreciate your help

You are probably going to just have to shop around, but you can find some Luna Bars around that (they might be a little higher in calories and a gram or 2 lower in protein).

I picked up some Nutrisystem Bars from Big Lots tonight and they are lower in sodium and a gram or 2 lower in protein, but are close to your bars too.

You are probably not going to find the exact smae anywhere, you are just going to have to go with something close.

This seems very close to a luna bar.

I switched to LUNA bars rather than the la lites. Should I have two every day the same as the la lites?
