Hey All!
So I have been off plan and therefore off 3FC for a few weeks now Well, I have jumped back on the wagon and am down 20 pounds all together! Just wanted to say HI - I'm back!!

You don't need to stop posting here if you have trouble staying on plan and go off the wagon.. In fact, this place can be the best remedy for that.. Stick with it!!

Chan, 20 pounds is great, and you managed to keep it off even when you went off plan, so that bodes well for you figuring out how to maintain once you get down to goal. Welcome back
