Coming back to LAWL, Need a little help for my Dad
 

I am so happy to have found this website. I had no clue LAWL was sill in business, here in TX it's not. Anyway a year ago I started the Gold plan and it is working great. Now my dad is needing to drop a little weight. He is 6'4 and about 225. He is wanting to drop maybe 15lbs or so. What plan would he match up with? I have most of the info on the old colored plans just not sure which way to send him.

How active is your husband?

Not at all, desk job, and maybe 2 or 3 30 minute walks to starbucks:)

Also just realized I said my "husband" typing to fast...it's my "Dad" He is 59 if that matters

I would try him on the Red Plan and see how it goes. Since he is so tall and not really looking to lose too much, it is probably the right place for him, as an older man though, he may get Red 1, but personally since he isn't active, I would try him on the Red and see how he does.
