Beck Diet Solution Workbook
 

Hi,
Has anyone used this and if so how is it different from the book?

Please tell me what those response cards in the workbook say. I overheard some gals discussing them but couldn't make out all that they were saying.

Are there more therapy sessions with Dr. Beck than in the book itself?

There is a huge Beck Diet Solution thread going under General Diets. You don't need to buy the book, the workbook has the info you need to do the program. It is cognitive thinking retraining, takes 42 days and works with any diet. In fact, she tells you to chose a primary and secondary so if you get tired of the first you can go to the second and get remotivated. But come and see us over at the thread. The group has been going over a year.
