I'm 5'8 and 165-170 lbs. I heard that to find out how many calories a day you need to eat, you should take your body weight x 10. So that means I should eat 1650-1700 calories.
Now, I want to lose weight and how many calories should I eat then? Is it okay if I eat 1300 calories a day? How fast will I lose weight (if at all)? I know you shouldn't go below 1200 calories.
