getting my momentum back??
When i started LAWL in Sept 07, I was frankly surprised at how easy it was to stay OP, actually POP. I maintained that for 10 weeks, and then Thanksgiving came. I slipped a little, got back on plan, slipped more, back on plan, really blew it, etc., etc. How do you get back the excitement and momentum you had when you first started? I have "started over" about 34 times and I am not making any progress.

find a "skinny" picture of yourself and remind yourself what your goal is. Buy clothes that are a size to small for you and keep trying to get into them, one day they will just fit and that will get you going!

I haven't yet been in your situation, this is still relatively new to me... but I know in the beginning, the whole calculation of how long it would take me to achieve my goal was a HUGE motivator. According to your ticker, 14 weeks and you could be at goal! So, a little sacrifice for a few months could really pay off :)
