Hello,

I am on plan 3 without LA lights. However I do like the idea of having a treat bar every day. The LA center won't allow me to try the lites or have the menu for it so i was hoping someone here might be able to help.

The reason I can not have the lights is because I have stomach problems and some of the ingredients in the lites may cause stomach upset. But I have eaten protein bars, the weight watchers diet bars, all that stuff before and are fine.

I want to try to switch to plan 2 and use the Luna bars or someone suggested the fiber 1 bars. Would someone know what to cut out to go down to plan 2?

On plan 3 I have:
3 proteins
4 veggies
3 fruits
4 starches
2 dairy
2 fat
no LA lites.

If anyone could let me know what I need to remove from the daily totals to go to a plan 2 I would be very grateful.

2 1/2 proteins
3 veggies
2 fruits
3 starches
2 dairy
2 fats
2 lites

you have to be careful though because sometimes when you change plans the quantity changes. So where you use to could have XX amount of this on one plan you now you can only have X amount on the new plan.
