Introduction!
Hi Everyone!
My name is Jessica. I first started LAWL in 1997 and proceeded to lose about 80 pounds from May 1997 through January 1998. I did it through Weight Loss Centre (it's name at the time). I felt great about myself but started to wonder about the cost of bars and in my area, the pushy salespeople and long waiting room waits that I stopped going. I, through years, gained it all back plus some evil friends! Through the years I've lost and gained through low carbing and atkins, but now I need a change. My metabolism is stuck on low carb and keeping things the same so I thought I would "come back". Since I can't physically "come back" anywhere (all the centers in my area have closed down), I thought I'd come here for support! Thank you for all of the wonderful information you have on this website! I had thrown out so many things through the years and regretted it that you guys ROCK for having it all here. Right now I'm doing two days of TO and then I'm going to do the 5 week summer slimdown. I have a bridal shower I'm planning coming up in 3.5 weeks and I'd like to be able to fit into some more clothes I have waiting in the closet by then ;) So I'm very excited!!!
