Exchange diet, Personal Choice Program
 

:carrot:I'm starting today on the exchange diet, it's worked great for me in the past, although I was 20 years younger the last time I was on it for several months straight. If anyone wants to join in Please Do! I have all the old materials from the 1992 Personal Choice Program. I have 33 pounds to lose and hope for a pound a week. DWLZ has the old exchange program as do several of the ww cookbooks dated before 1996 or so. I'm hoping to find at least one dedicated exchange dieter to go on this journey with me. Time to go work-out.
