Hey everybody, hows everyone doing? I just wanted to know what people are doing about the health of their digestion system. Are you eating special foods or taking supplements? It is extremely important to keep it on track. Let me know what you do.

Really, the best things that you can do for your digestive system, is to eat clean and healthy. Foods in their most natural forms (fruit instead of juice, oatmeal instead of oatmeal cookies, etc.) is the best thing you can do.
Also, I have read that your digestive system is more efficient if it isn't overloaded with too many KINDS of foods. As in, eating fruit and yogurt or fish and vegetables would be easier to digest than eating a bite or two of 15 different things-like at a buffet or Thankgiving.
That's a really cool concept and in theory makes a lot of sense. Eating a decent amount of fiber is important too, don't ya think?
I have a "sensitive system" in a lot of ways...very prone to pain/issues. The things I do to keep even that sensitive stomach doing well:
1. Regular exercise. It really works wonders for regularity and digestion, in my experience.
2. Eat clean, lots of fiber. I average 40 grams a day, but I worked my way up to that. Lots of veggies, a little healthy fat, lean protein, whole grains.
3. Tons of water. Nothing helps my stomach stay on track like water - I drink more than most people, because my body seems to thrive on more.
4. A daily probiotic. I take acidophilus, in addition to eating yogurt daily. I have a specific condition, though, that this helps with, so I don't know how well it'd work for others.
I agree with you on the points you make.
