I saw a bottle in the grocery store, alongside the Vitamin C pills and all of those type of pills, and wondered if they actually work?

Has anyone tried them? Have you found any that work?

Most of them contain caffeine for a start and some really harmful items (in some cases) for a finish. I really think that they give the biggest boost to the pockets of the manufacturers.

PS -- have a look in the "Does It Work" Forum -- I think just about every kind of diet pill in captivity has been reviewed in there at one time or another.

The only thing, as I understand it, that can boost metabolism with any great effectiveness, are toning/aerobic exercise, lowering the fat in your diet, eat your proteins, to increase muscle mass which will burn more calories. Save your money and buy some good sneakers:-).
