Congratulations. I went to the website and was reading about it. I may give it a try, starting Monday of course, since today is an S day. I really have a problem with willpower so it may help.
I did the No S Diet about 3 years ago and lost about 35 pounds in about 3 months. I added the rule "no white at night" (starchy carbs) and thought that was key to my success. Once I started eating carbs at night, my weight loss stalled, then I got pregnant! But I liked the diet a lot. Maybe I'll try it again because what I'm doing now is not working.
