Flat Belly Diet??? Anyone trying this?

Hope I posted in the right spot. Just wondering if anyone has tried Prevention's Flat Belly Diet? Any results? Just ordered the book and it seems really good. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I just ordered it as well. I typically don't follow any specific diets to a tea, I just try to incorporate as many of the foods as I can. I'll tell you what happens once I get it and start though.

I'm brand new here and am looking for info and support for the flat belly diet. Anyone doing this or can you direct me to where they are talking about it? I just ordered the book but would like to get started now...Thanks
