Has anyone heard of the no s diet plan?

Has anyone heard of the No S Diet? I read about it in last weeks Woman's World magazine and it sounds almost too easy.
Monday Through Friday:
No Snacks
No Sugar
No Seconds
(supposedly you just need to get used to eating 3 square meals per day so you don't have to really worry about portions at first, just don't go back for seconds.

On weekends you can have whatever you want.
Anyone doing this? I am thinking about getting the book. They also have a website nosdiet.com

PS I apologize if this was already posted somewhere. I keep trying to do a search and it says I need to put in a 4 word minimum which I did but it didn't recognize it.

I don't know how well this would work for me, though it might work for some people.

If I don't snack, I get overhungry. I'm active, and if I don't eat with good regularity, I end up WAY too hungry the next time I have a meal. If I'm overhungry, I overeat...way too many calories. So not snacking is not a viable thing for me.

Also, you can do a LOT of damage on a weekend. I know I can! I can completely stall all of my weight loss being perfectly on-plan during the week and then going hog wild on the weekends. Or, as JayEll puts it, there is a word for folks who are on plan during the week and off plan on the weekend - maintainers.

I know what you are saying. My sister said that I would never be able to do this because I like my sweets too much. I actually think I would have a hard time doing this if I can't have my snacks. I might still try it. At least I don't have to go out and buy all this crazy food. If it doesn't work out I can just go back to counting calories.
