Nutrition info for JetStart?
 

I know that I checked in here at some point for JetStart substitutes and got a few good ideas. Then I tried to save my nutrition info from the side panel on my last box of JetStarts, but somehow lost it.
If anyone has the nutrition info so I can start comparing it, please post. In the meantime, I've found a coffee flavored SlimFast that's 150 calories, so I figure that's more like a JetStart than a SlimDown.

Have you tried the coffee flavored slimfast yet? How does it taste? How did you count it? I only have 3 jetstarts left, so I'm going to have to find a replacement now too. I especially love it when its hot out, with a tbs of lite choc. syrup in it.

I had the Coffee Slimfast the other day. I didn't think it was quite as tasty as the Jetstart (but that had to "grow on me" too). I counted it as a Jetstart (one fruit, one dairy). It looks like the calorie count was right on the mark for that. Now I'll have to check the rest of the nutrition info to see how it stacks up. Thanks so much for the missing info. --Sue
