I have a question... I wanted to do take off but I do not want to buy the juice from the center. Is there any other alternatives. If so, how do you follow it and with what foods?
I have done what some of the other members have suggested in the past. And that was instead of the juice use 4 oranges a day and do the veggies and proteins the same as the program suggests.
