Star- can you sub with something else that's about the same calories as the LA lites? There's those Mini Delights which are 90 cals a package, made from whole grains are are super yummy.

I didn't qualify for the LA Lites because I have stomach problems so I don't know much about them. Sounds like you could probably sub with something else though if you wanted.

Actually, yeah, I could....but even then I'm not sure how much it'll cost me. It'll be a lot cheaper than the LA Lites, but would it be cheaper than regular food itself? That's what I was wondering. Hrm.

Typically the Luna bars are subsitution for LA Lites. I think the LA lites is like, 200 or 400 calories? Jampacked with protein, too, I think? Not too sure on that.
