Edy's Fruit Bars?
 

I found these they have 30 cal per bar and they have no fat and like 2 sugars and 2 sugar alcohol. What could these be counted as? Just thought someone might know. Since I bought now I really want to have one. But i got to know how to count it first. Thanks!:devil:

How big are they? Maybe count as a fruit and a starch?? I'm sure someone with more knowledge than me will know for sure. I'm interested to find out. I've seen them at the store but never bought them. Yumm - a good summer treat!!

A condiment. I had e-mailed the dietician (when there still was a dietician to e-mail) about them over the summer.
