One of my favorite dinners is chicken breast tenders smeared with homemade barbecue sauce topped with a slice of avocado and half a slice of Swiss cheese, served with mashed cauliflower. This might be silly for someone who's not watching their simple carb intake because they could just have potatoes, and making their own barbecue sause with Splenda might be pointless.
