Crab Recipe
 

Anyone have any good ideas for crab? Something simple? I looked in the recipes, but I couldn't really find anything. :?: I'm on plan 3..if you need to know that. :D

I posted this "recipe" for a dressing under another thread but my favorite thing to do with crab is mix it with some ff ranch dressing mixed with salsa. It gives it a really nice taste and makes a great crab salad on top of some shredded lettuce, tomatoes and I use my avocado that day as my fat. You could have it on a piece of toast or bread or 1/2 english muffin and even top it with a slice of ff or lf cheese melted. Have done that too.
