Here's some ideas... Breakfast: oatmeal, a healthy cereal & milk, all whites egg omelet w/veggies, theres even Special K Nutrigrain waffles w/log cabin sugar free syrup
Lunch: Lean cuisine or Smart Ones, Soup loys of varities, salad, steamed broccoli w/ham or turkey pieces, beans
Snacks: Grapes (put them in the freezer mmm lil popsicles) Any fruit or veggie, apple slices dipped in vanilla low cal pudding, protein or on the go bar
