Hey everyone, it's been awhile since I've used Fitday but I want to start again - accountability, you know!
Anyway I know how to enter custom foods (something with a nutritional label on the package), but how about if it's a whole meal? I'm having chicken stir fry tonight, and am at a loss as to how to enter it. I'm thinking each item individually, but I wonder if there's any way to store all that info under one heading.
