Getting enough food in???

  • want to make sure im still doing this right??

    b: 2 veg sausage, 1 egg, 1 piece of lite bread (45 cal by sara lee)

    l: 1 gardenburger, lettuce, ff mayo, 2 slice of lite bread

    d: homemade vegetable soup with ground turkey

    snack: 1 luna bar, orange, 8oz skim milk

    and lots of water

    Im not sure if I should eat the 2nd luna bar....if im not hungry...it seems better to just eat one a day...
