My SIL gave me her books to look at but she was on the old program before express. This is my lastg week of express and am looking into what comes next. The book she showed me seems like the portions are alot higher. Ie chicken is 8oz for 1 P (the express allows only 4oz) Is there a new program after express or should that be the same?

Wish2b: It looks to me like the book she gave you was for the old "colored" plans, whereas Express is the beginning phase of the new "numbered" plans. You cannot compare the old colored plans to the new numbered plans as they are quite diffe. particularly the portion sizes in the numbered plans vary quite a bit from the colored plans. Following Express the portion sizes remain the same, but the varieties of food that you are allowed greatly increases.
