I can't remember what they are called.....from the COD.

I wrote down the nutritional information and found that SlimFast Extra Protein are similiar and much cheaper.

How should I count these? Is it one protein & one starch?

They are called Slim Downs and they count as 1P and 1S. You could either get chocolate or vanilla. Me, being a chocolate lover, always got the chocolate and it really isn't bad. Haven't tried the vanilla so can't attest to how that one is.

Jill - I was started with the Slim Downs, moved to the Slim Fast and am now using Target's brand...the Ultra. They are even cheaper than slim fast:)
