Had my chili (put a little low fat cheese on top of it) and 1 chicken wing with FF Ranch dressing. I have to say, though I had a couple of whole wheat multi-grain crackers with low fat cheese. My starches were fine as I saved them all for the game, but I may have been a little over on the Dairy (1/2 to 1 serving over), but other than that did good. VERY Close to POP.

I did the buffalo tenders and the turkey chili....Would have probably done better had we not had a house full of folks who all brought wine and beer for the hosts Had a few too many liquid fruits and I'm paying today for that and the extra sodium.

The liquid fruits/starches are tough to avoid during a party like this, when even the POP friendly foods leave you wanting something to wash them down with...

I felt kind of bad we didn't "do" anything with friends for the game yesterday, but it was probably just as well, for that fact alone.. We had been invited to a friend's house in Santa Fe for a combined football/baby shower party, but I just didn't want to deal with coming up here, especially since I'd just have to come back here this morning, to go to work.. Ah well...
