okay so am I doing something wrong
 

I was wanting to search the posts for the words "take off" because I was wanting to find the cheaper kind of juice name, how to do it, etc. So when I put in those words, it says that the word "off" is too short. What am I doing?

I don't know how to help but I hear the HOllywood diet juice is good! or 4 oranges a day to supplement the juice! Some folks also use grapefruits...

that happens to me too. Here's the information:

TakeOFF drink – 2 bottles of Knudsen’s Breakfast Blend juice (1 for each day). You mix 26 oz of juice, 6 oz of water, and 8 tsp of Benefiber or Fiber Sure. Pour off 6 ounces from the bottle (I put it in a small freezer container until I have 4 saved, then that will give you another 24 ounces for another TakeOff day, even if it is 2 ounces short).

Or

4 oranges for each day. Lots of folks here do the oranges and they work really well. Much cheaper than the juice, it costs anywhere from $3.25 - $3.89/bottle. I found mine in Safeway in the Health Food aisle.

If you do the organges to you have to add anything else to it?

you can also do canteloupe. 1/2 each day for the 2 days...if it's in season.

and no, you do not have to add anything to the oranges unless you have some other needs like you're hypoglycemic or something.
