calorie king diet

hey
i'm trying to figure out something that will work.....i am so lost and depressed being overweight....as a 4'11 and 128 pound 34 yr old girl....so to make a long story short i am wondering if anyone has ever tried the diet in the calorie king books...

I do use the calorie king books. I think they are the best for calorie counts,they also have calorie count for restaurants and fast food and a lot of useful information regarding nutrition.
