Low-No Cholesterol diet

Hey, everyone! I was wondering what low or no cholesterol foods you all eat for a sweet treat or maybe some recipes? My mom has started this and it is really hard for her.She's not a big fruit and veggie person, so any variations..
She's trying,though. Thanks for all of your help!
