If you could just pick up where you left off, I would count it as 1 starch, 1/2 dairy and 1 fruit and drink lots of water. I find if you toss a bit of sugarfree caramel syrup, 1 cup of coffee, 1 cup of milk and 1-2 cups of ice, you will find a much more satisfying drink that is on plan. (1 dairy) Good luck!
