I'm not on LA weight loss, but I wanted to put in my two cents.
First of all, studies are showing that it's not consumed cholesterol, but excessive saturated fat that causes high cholesterol. So if you are getting under the recommended (by the USDA) cap of 10% of calories from saturated fat per day, then I wouldn't worry about it.
Also, Mother Earth News has done a couple of studies the last few years and farm fresh eggs contain more omega-3s and less saturated fat and cholesterol then regular store eggs. So if you have access to eggs from chickens that roam the pastures and eat what chickens should be eating (grass, bugs, etc along with their feed) then I'd buy them. They taste better too and the yolks are a beautiful orange color. We buy them through our local health food store or at the farmer's market in the summer.
