What Color is this Plan
I am on Plan 3 and I would like to know what color is correlates to:
3 P 2 D 2 Fa 3 Fr 4 V 4 S |
The colored plans and the numbered plans are so different that it is like comparing apples and oranges. You can't really cross relate them like you are asking. If you tell me your height and weight, I can take a stab at what color coded plan you would likely be on.

either Red 1 or Red 2.
Red is 2 1/2 P, 1 D, 1 Fat, 3Fs, 3Ss, and 4 Vs. Are you doing lites? ETA: You're better off going with Lynn's guess she's actually experiened the numbered plans--I was maintaining by the time COD got them in. |
Red 1 is
2 1/2 Protein 2 Dairy 1 Fat 4 Fruits 4 Starches 4 Veggies |
The protein sizes on the colored plan, red, are much higher than on the numbered plan. Proteins on red are double what they are on the numbered plans. Starches are counted differently. That is why I say that it is hard to compare the two versions of the weight loss plans.
