I have both new DVD's...power sculpt and cardiomax. I've been doing power sculpt only because I broke my little toe right before Christmas. It took 7 weeks to heal!!! So tonight I was finally able to put on my sneakers and try the cardio. Holy cow!!! It about killed me! I had to stop it at one point cuz I thought I was going to be sick...I definitely have some work to do to get myself back into shape. I was running 3 miles/day before I broke my stupid toe. Anyway, awesome DVD's!!! I highly recommend them. And I'm sure I'm gonna be sore tomorrow:)
