Default ? about FF Ice cream

I bought some really yummy FF ice cream today and i'm just wondering if its on the consume infrequently list. Its not sugar free but its 100 cals and 0 fat. I'm not planning on having it every day but i just want to know what everyones take on ice cream is.

I'm so weird because if something tastes really good to me i feel like i'm cheating and i shouldnt do it often and especially with ice cream since you would already think that its bad for you.

Thanks.

Don't really know the answer. All the ice cream mentioned by the COD when I went had to be non-fat and no sugar added. 1/2C was equal to 1 dairy.
Personally, I'd stick with what you found and really like, but try limiting yourself to just a couple times a week.

Joni thanks for the response. My book says 1/2 c FF and/or SF so i figured it was ok that it was SF.

Just wanted to add that on Pure Weightloss, 1/2 c. FF/SF ice cream is a starch on the "eat occasionally" list.
