I thought it would be neat to see how we are doing at the halfway point of the month. I put together a chart (geek!) to show our progress. I just compared the most recent weigh in with the original weigh in number for each person, the dates vary. For some people this represents a period of 15 days, and for some a few days or a week.
It's not a contest, so a big CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who has reported a loss, and also to those who were on plan but didn't see the results
yet. To those of us struggling to pull things together whether food and exercise, don't despair, keep faith in yourself and your plan. Hard work will eventually pay off.
