You guys are my counselors now and I am needing some help!!

  • I am starting fresh once again, but am really unsure as to what plan to be on. We didn't have numbered plans at my former COD, so I am curious as to them, they seem a little easier. Here's my stats:

    Age: 24
    Height: 5'6"
    Weight: 225.6
    Occupation: Full time student
    Activity level: Will be 20-30 minutes a day, mixed, walking, jogging, jump rope, etc.

    I want to lose 45 pounds. I would like to lose it by October or November of 2008 as we're looking at a prospective wedding date.

    When first starting LAWL I was on Purple but switched to Blue.

    I have bars, but do not use them religiously, am actually going to sell them on eBay.

  • Amy-It's hard to switch from the color plans to the numbered plans if you don't have the plan book. There are a lot of differences between the two as far as portion sizes. The meat proteins went down a little, some of the veggie proteins went up, things added, things taken away etc.

    If you don't do the bars then I would say you would be on the red plan for the colors, or plan 3 or even 4 for the numbered plans.
