Hi everyone,
I just started back on a healthy eating plan, after a year of non healthy eating. (I dislike using the word 'diet')
This is my almost 2nd complete day, and I'm finding it's very different this time around. I'm feeling sick at my stomach, headache and very lethargic to the point of falling asleep everytime I sit down.
I'm wondering what is going on, I used to be able to diet, lose weight and feel awesome.
I kind of think maybe I'm having some kind of carb and sugar withdrawls symtoms.
Has anyone else experienced this when they first started back on a good healthy eating plan after a long hiatus?
