I have not seen any programs out there to help lower cholesterol levels...any help in the matter would be appreciated...Just not sure where to start....Please Help

I'm doing South Beach Diet. It was wrtten by a cardiologst and one of the benefits is lowered cholesterol. You might check that out. I've also heard SugarBusters and Sonoma diets are similiar but I've never checked on those. Hope this helps.
