Question about which plan to use with Lunas as a substitute

Happy New Year everyone -

Have a question for you experienced LAWL'ers. My doctor had told me to stay away from soy and now he wants me to try introducing it as long as I time the soy consumption at least 4 hours after taking my thyroid meds.

Don't want to say anything at my COD. The Lites are expensive and if the soy experiment does not work I don't want to mess with my plan, so.....

I am on Red1 without Lites. If I want to experiment like my doc wants to, should I drop down a program to the Red with the Lunas as Lites substitutes?

Since you are on Red1 without lites, once you add a lite substitute that would bump you down a plan to Red.
